We Protect Your Personal Information

Keeping your personal information secure is one of EECU’s highest priorities.  We appreciate the trust you place in us when you provide information to obtain financial services.

EECU has strong privacy policies and safeguards in place to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use.  We use security measures that include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.  Our staff is trained to maintain confidentiality and member privacy.

In addition, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you rights and control related to the collection and use of your information.  Among those are the right to ask what information EECU has collected and ask that certain information be deleted.

EECU does not sell your personal information to third parties.  Most of the information we collect is not subject to deletion because it must be retained for a business need – such as to provide you with financial products and services or to maintain your account relationship.
