The annual awards showcase the best teachers, administrators, and school employees from all corners of the county.
Each nominee, their family, and guests are invited to an evening reception and awards ceremony to celebrate the many ways these dedicated individuals shape the lives of their students. Winners receive a special sculpture by the late Valley sculptor Clement Renzi. His final sculpture titled “Commencement” was commissioned by EECU and has a permanent home in front of the Merced County Office of Education building.
