No, this is a free service, however, message and data rates may apply.

It may take one business day for a card that is recently issued or activated to display in Card Control. If you recently enrolled in online or mobile banking, you will see your card in Card Control one business day after enrollment.

When you change the status of your card from Active/ON to Inactive/OFF, one-time transactions using your card or card number will be declined. Recurring transactions will still process when your card is set to Inactive/OFF as will any previously authorized transactions that have not yet posted to your account. A new card will not be ordered when the card status is set to Inactive/OFF.

In the event that you misplace your card but you know it’s not lost or stolen, you can turn the card off in Card Control and turn it back on when you find the card. If you think there is fraud on your card account, you can temporarily block the card from use and contact us to investigate.

The changes are made in real-time, so if you turn your card ON or OFF, or make other changes, they are effective immediately.

Yes, all accountholders will be able to use Card Control in online and mobile banking. Each accountholder has the ability to turn the card(s) on or off, set alerts and declines, set spend limits, etc.
