See how EECU and Clovis Unified are helping students build real-world banking skills through our one-of-a-kind, full-service on-campus branch.
In partnership with Clovis Unified School District (CUSD), EECU has operated a full-service branch on the Clovis West High School campus since 2016. Unlike other student branches, ours is open to the public during normal business hours year-round.
The branch is staffed by EECU employees and CUSD students who are participating in the district’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) pathway in banking. Through the pathway, the students may apply to work as volunteers in the branch and earn credit toward graduation.
The students get hands-on experience assisting EECU members with their financial transactions while also enhancing their money management skills and gaining practical work experience.
Our branch managers mentor the students on professionalism, dependability, and the qualities that employers look for in ideal candidates.
