Assistant Branch Manager, Selma Branch

Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, your mission will be to promote superior service, motivate staff to attain branch sales goals as well as deepen members' relationships with EECU. You will be in charge of a competent team of sales and service employees active in building and maintaining member relationships.
 
The ideal candidate will:

  • Be inspiring and a forward-thinking leader
  • Make smart decisions to meet the demands of the business through hiring, educating and motivating staff to accomplish assigned goals and exceed member service
  • Have the desire to “deepen members’ relationships” with the credit union by attending community-related events and forming new and enhancing existing partnerships (i.e. schools, colleges, universities)
  • Possess strong people skills
  • Communicate effectively with members, peers, subordinates and superiors both in writing and verbally
  • Have the ability to impart knowledge to others
  • Have a good sense of organization
  • Have the desire to develop, coach and mentor their team to be advocates and educate our members about credit union products and services
  • Have a minimum of two years of leadership experience, preferably with a credit union or other financial institution
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus

E-Commerce Manager

We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Manager, to serve as the technical lead for ensuring development, execution, management and performance of all digital platforms.  This position works together with other operational areas functioning within the Credit Union’s value system to promote the vision of the Credit Union. 
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for research, development and maintenance of E-Commerce delivery for the credit union.
  • Analyzes user requirements to determine configuration and customization. 
  • Maintains website, online and mobile banking, electronic signage and online member education program management.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Five years of proven experience working in a Banking level E-commerce solution preferred.
  • Experience in working in a large financial services environment preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management or equivalent experience is required. 
  • Master's Degree preferred. 
  • Must have a solid understanding of technology systems and strong computer skills. 
  • Strong writing and creative skills are necessary. 
  • Ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and thrive in a cross-functional environment
  • Web design and development experience is preferred. 
  • Must be knowledgeable in HTML, Windows Environment, Word, Excel, PhotoShop and Adobe Acrobat.

Full-time Consumer Loan Processor II or III

Respond to phone inquiries regarding the credit union’s loan products and services. Interview applicants and obtain the data necessary to complete the loan application. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively and assist our members in selecting the loan products that best meet their needs.
