BRANCH OPERATIONS

Full-time Financial Services Rep I or II - Perrin Branch

Financial Services Representatives provide a variety of member service functions involving the receipting and/or disbursing of funds and cross-selling products and services.  Requires the ability to accurately record information and communicate effectively.

Full-time Financial Services Rep I or II - Tulare Branch

Financial Services Representatives provide a variety of member service functions involving the receipting and/or disbursing of funds and cross-selling products and services.  Requires the ability to accurately record information and communicate effectively.

Part-time (20 hours per week) Financial Services Rep I or II - Sunnyside Branch

Financial Services Representatives provide a variety of member service functions involving the receipting and/or disbursing of funds and cross-selling products and services.  Requires the ability to accurately record information and communicate effectively.

Part-time (20 hours per week) Financial Services Rep I or II - Reedley Branch

Financial Services Representatives provide a variety of member service functions involving the receipting and/or disbursing of funds and cross-selling products and services.  Requires the ability to accurately record information and communicate effectively.

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

Part time (20 hours per week) Facilities Technician I or II

This position will handle a variety of facilities maintenance duties as needed. Must have a mechanical aptitude and be adept at basic repair and maintenance of facilities. Must be member service oriented with good communication skills. Requires a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

 
MEMBER SERVICE / CALL CENTER

Part time (20 hours per week) Call Center Rep I

Responsible for presenting and explaining credit union products and services to members and assisting them in utilizing our products and services.  Position requires an ability to communicate effectively and represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
INFORMATION SERVICES

I.S. Business Analyst I or II

This position works together with other operational areas functioning within the Credit Union’s value system to promote the vision of the Credit Union.  The Business Analyst is generally assigned to operational areas that are complex in nature.

Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

  • Manages and performs the activities that are necessary to complete the business requirement process and translates business requirements into technological requirements.
  • Manages the requirements life cycle of processes utilized by the assigned operational area. These include but are not limited to, identifying business needs, scope, definition, elicitation, analysis, specifications, documentation, and validation activities.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements to processes that parallel the credit union’s business objectives.
  • Serves as a liaison between assigned business areas, Information Services, and external service providers.
  • Provides support to assigned business areas for software applications, vendor reviews, problem resolution activities, and quality assurance activities. 

Requirements of the position include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to think critically and creatively to conceptualize outcomes
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in the area of Technology
  • Education and/or Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field or 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity or equivalent combination of related education and experience.

Must have experience with:

  • Business Process Analysis
  • Standard Query Language (SQL)
  • Relational Database design and standard database concepts

Experience in Project Management of complex projects is preferred.  This position works under minimal supervision.
