Marketing Director

EECU is looking for the right person to fill the position of Marketing Director. This challenging position will be responsible for planning and overseeing the organization’s advertising and promotional activities, with particular focus on our youth market, membership growth and product development. The Marketing Director will research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors in order to capitalize on market opportunities. Other job duties include: establishing marketing goals, business development, writing and/or overseeing copywriting, layout and production of promotional media and educational newsletters, evaluating market reactions to advertising programs. Participation in community and industry events are required of this leadership position.

Qualified applicants will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising or related field, plus five years as a marketing supervisor/manager with focus on a youth market, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Financial institution experience is preferred. Candidates must be forward-thinking, self-motivated and creative. Will possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. A high level of proficiency is required in word processing, graphics, spreadsheets and MCIF data base management as well as print management and copywriting.

Financial Services Representatives provide a variety of member service functions involving the receipting and/or disbursing of funds and cross-selling products and services.  Requires the ability to accurately record information and communicate effectively.

Financial Services Representatives provide a variety of member service functions involving the receipting and/or disbursing of funds and cross-selling products and services.  Requires the ability to accurately record information and communicate effectively.

Part-time (30 hours per week) or Full-time Call Center Rep I or II

Responsible for presenting and explaining credit union products and services to members and assisting them in utilizing our products and services. Position requires an ability to communicate effectively and represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
