Visa eStatements

With Online Access Home Banking you can view your EECU Visa Credit Card recent activity and balance/payment information. But, did you know that your Visa statements are also just a click away? Enroll in Visa eStatements and you’ll receive your statement online sooner than your paper statement. Enrolling is easy – just login to Online Access and select the Credit Card tab. Click on Go Paperless. Then continue though the setup process.

You will be notified via email when your statement is available to view within Online Access. To view your eStatement, select the Credit Card tab in Online Access and then click on the Statements & Activity menu then click View Statements. A list of available eStatements will be displayed on the right side of the page.

If you have multiple credit cards with EECU, follow the steps below to enable each credit card for display on the Credit Card screen in Online Access:

  • Click on the Credit Card tab in Online Access
  • Hover over the Services menu and click Manage Cards
  • Click the green Add Card button
  • Enter the full credit card number and name, then click Submit
  • Enter the last four digits of the SSN, then click Submit

After completing these steps you will see the card listed on the main Credit Card screen.

Visa eStatements Unavailable April 10-30
If you’re enrolled in our credit card eStatement service, your statements are delivered to you electronically each month. We want to advise you of some changes you will notice during our upcoming credit card system update.
  • You will receive a paper statement in April
  • Electronic Visa statements will be unavailable in online banking between April 10 and April 30
    • If you think you will need access to your past credit card statements during the update period, we encourage you to print or save the statements to your computer.
  • After May 1, your electronic Visa statements will automatically resume, beginning with your May statement; past statements will also be available in online banking
    • Beginning May 1, the first time you login to view your electronic Visa statement you will be prompted to enter your email address.
Your credit card balance and transaction information will continue to be available to you in online banking during the update. You may continue to use your card, and your transactions and payments will process normally.
We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during the update.
